At passionbugs, we offer a range of tracked delivery services. Whichever service you choose, we send all orders in discreet packaging with tracked delivery right to your door as standard. Below you’ll find details of our delivery options plus answers to common delivery questions.

Christmas Last Order Dates
To receive your order in time for Christmas, please note the last order dates below:
- Tracked 2 to 3 Day: Order before 5:30 pm on Friday 20th December
- Tracked 1 Day: Order before 11:30 am on Saturday 21st December
- Next Day by 1pm: Order before 5:00 pm on Monday 23rd December
Dispatch Times
For same-day dispatch, please refer to the last order times below:
- Monday: Order before 5.00 pm
- Tuesday to Friday: Order before 5:30 pm
- Saturday to Sunday: Order before 12:00 pm
Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the following working day.
*If you select Royal Mail Next Day service for a Saturday or Sunday delivery, your parcel will be delivered on next day before 5pm (not 1pm as per week days).
Same-Day Delivery (Tamworth Only)
We offer a FREE same-day delivery service to addresses in Tamworth, Staffordshire (Monday to Saturday)

For same-day delivery, please place your order before 5:00 pm. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day.

Delivery FAQs
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. We send all orders in completely plain packaging so that no one will know what’s inside. See what our discreet packaging looks like here.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking website. You can also track your order using our Order Tracking page.
What if I'm out when my order arrives?
If you’re not in when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, they’ll leave it in a safe place. If a safe place isn’t available, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery. The courier will then hold your parcel for up to 18 days. If it isn’t collected or redelivered during that time, your parcel will be returned to us. If you choose to collect your parcel, remember to take your collection card as well as a form of valid photo ID registered to the delivery address.
What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect it to?
In the unlikely event that your order doesn’t arrive when you expect it to, you can check the status of your delivery using the tracking link we sent you on email. If your delivery is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us so we can help.
Please note we are not able to raise an investigation with Royal Mail until 5 working days have passed. If you wish to speak to Royal Mail before then you can, and they welcome you to contact them directly 0345 774 0740
What is your Returns and Refunds Policy?
If you change your mind about a product, you can return it within 60 days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange – the choice is yours. Postage is free. Returned products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have their original packaging or tags intact. Learn more about our returns policy here.
What if my parcel shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
If your Royal Mail tracking link shows that a parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it please:
- Check with your household to see if someone else has taken the parcel in on your behalf
- Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted your parcel
- Check the external area around your property to see if Royal Mail have left the parcel outside
If you are unable to locate the parcel, you can contact Royal Mail directly 0345 7740740.
Alternatively, please allow 5 working days and then contact us. Please note we are not able to raise an investigation with Royal Mail until 5 working days have elapsed.
