If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why returning a product to passion bugs is easy and always free of charge. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our 60 day returns policy, plus instructions on how to initiate a return.
Our Returns Policy
Enjoy risk-free shopping at passionbugs with our 60 day returns policy. If you change your mind about a product, you can return it to us within 60 days of placing your order for a full refund of the item’s cost. Returning a product to passionbugs is always free.
Returned products must:
- Be unopened
- Be unused or unworn
- Have their original packaging or tags intact
If you initiate a return, we’ll issue your refund or exchange once we’ve received the product.
In addition to our standard returns policy, all purchases are also covered by our 12-month product warranty. If something goes wrong with your product within 12 months of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge.
To return a product you’ve purchased from passionbugs, please complete the returns form below and then follow the instructions you’ll receive by email.
* Please note that lingerie and sex essentials products are not covered unless all hygiene seals are intact and packaging is in original condition.
Returns Explained
We’ve made returning a product to passionbugs as easy as possible.
To initiate a return, simply complete the form on this page. A member of our friendly customer service team will check the details submitted and then send a prepaid postage label to the email address provided within 24 hours.
Pack the product you’re returning inside a suitable box or mailing bag – ideally, use the packaging your order originally arrived in. Then, print off and affix the prepaid postage label we sent you.
If you don’t have access to a printer, let us know. Our customer service team can post your prepaid postage label to you.
When you’re ready send your return, just drop your parcel off at any Post Office – you can find your nearest branch here. Alternatively, drop your parcel off at your local Parcel Postbox – you can find your nearest one here.
It can take up to 3 working days for your return to reach us. Once we’ve received your parcel, our friendly team will process your return.
If you requested a refund, we’ll issue this to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you requested an exchange, we’ll send the replacement product to your original delivery address using a tracked Royal Mail service. This can take up to 3 working days to reach you. We’ll email you a new tracking number so you know when to expect your parcel to arrive.
